	A CHOICE OF 5 HOLIDAY APARTMENTS TO SUIT YOUR PARTY'S SIZE AND BUDGET
	Atlantic Apartotel offers a choice of 6 self catering holiday apartment types. Each apartment has a kitchen with an electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. All cutlery, crockery, pots, frying pan and cooking utensils are supplied. Washing machines/dryers are not supplied, but a laundrette is located 2 minutes walk away from the building. A bathroom, with a bath/shower, is in every apartment and a living/dining room the size of which is commensurate with the number of guests the apartment accommodates. The kitchen and living areas are open plan in apartment types A, C, D and X. Every apartment has a colour television and an electricity meter which is coin operated, meaning you control the amount of electricity you use. All apartments have oil fired central heating which is included in the rental price. (Except Type X which has electric storage heaters). Passenger lifts are provided to service all floors in the building, and they are wheelchair accessible.

	All prices quoted include taxes and free use of our ground floor amenities. Bed linens are provided at no extra charge, however it is necessary to bring your own towels and toiletries. We also provide childrens' cots free of charge, on request when making your booking. High Chairs are available on request, subject to availability.

	DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: One third of the total per apartment is required for a booking of 7 days or more. A further payment of one third of the total is due not less than 28 days before arrival with the final balance payable on arrival. For bookings made 28 days or less before arrival, two thirds of the total is required to secure the reservation. For bookings of less than 7 days, 50% of the total is required as a deposit, with the balance payable on arrival.

	HOLIDAY INSURANCE: We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance covering cancellations and loss of deposit, loss of luggage or accident. Available from most travel agents and insurance companies.

	TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: All reservations shall commence from 4pm on day of arrival and terminate at 10am on day of departure. All occupants of apartments shall register their names and addresses on arrival and the only occupants shall be those registered. Additional persons may not be accommodated without the prior permission of the proprietors. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate the rental without notice and without refund in breach of this condition. The occupants shall make good or pay for all the articles of furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects as shall be broken, lost or damaged during their occupation, and undertake to keep the premises in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer, on departure shall deliver full possession with the furniture and effects in as good a state as they were at the commencement of the rental. Each resident/guest undertakes not to do on their own part or permit to be done by persons under their control anything which may in the opinion of the management be or become a nuisance or annoyance which shall in any way interfere with the privacy of other guests or the general comfort of others using or staying in the Atlantic Apartotel. Failure to comply with this condition may result in termination of rental of apartment. Neither the owners, management, nor its servants nor agents accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by a resident/guest or their property during the period of their stay at the Atlantic Apartotel. No action or acknowledgement by the owners, management, its servants or agents shall be deemed to waive this condition. Dogs or other pets are not allowed in the apartments. Cancellations. Where 28 days written notice of cancellation is given, the deposit, less €20 booking fee, will be refunded. Otherwise a deposit cannot be refunded. Holiday insurance to cover loss of deposit is recommended. In the event of non-arrival or when notice of late arrival has not been received, the proprietors may re-let the apartment from midday on the following day. The management have right to decline a booking for any reason, even after receipt of final payment. All taxes are included in the rates shown, but in the event of any changes in tax rates, a price revision may be necessary. In the event that you are dissatisfied with some element of your stay, it must be reported to the manager on duty during your stay. We will be happy to assist in any way necessary. Complaints cannot be entertained if reported only after departure.
